OUR PROGRAMS

WHAT WE DO

Our Programs

At OLENT, we believe that education is the best tool to bring a positive change in society to develop a generation of responsible individuals that contribute to the development of good human beings. Education is at our heart as a tool to transform the mind and heart through mentorship, Tutoring, research, scholarship and Computer literacy training opportunities while driving individual flouring and economic growth.

Economic empowerment increases economic diversification and improves income equality thereby closing the gender gap. We advocate and promote women and youth economic empowerment initiatives because empowered individuals can contribute more effectively to their communities, fostering overall economic growth.

Peaceful people working and living together with purpose and in harmony will eventually accomplish freedom, Peace and prosperity. We build the capacity of communities and individuals through education, dialogue and trauma healing practical mechanisms to handle conflicts.

We advocate and support programs and policies that promote reforestation waste management and environmental education campaigns, and community clean-up events and initiatives that provide incentives for innovation and efficiency in ensuring environmentally friendly activities.

We train, support and promote youth entrepreneurship by training and mentoring young people to develop their business and employability skills and increase their income.
We do this by working with a wide range of partners, such as policymakers, technical and vocational training institutions (TVET), business support organizations, local employers.
Young people are central to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to build a better and more sustainable future, both as beneficiaries and drivers.
